 RETURN POLICY  
All sales are final. Due to the custom and made-to-order nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

EXCEPTIONS  
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 5 days of delivery at info@eudai.shop. Be sure to include your order number and photos of the item and packaging.

GIFT RETURNS  
We cannot accept gift returns or offer store credit for unwanted gift items.

 REFUND APPROVAL  
If a refund is approved (in the case of a damaged or wrong item), it will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
